The Ultimate Protection Plan

The A+ Protection Plan includes a comprehensive annual tune-up to get your burner running at peak efficiency. As a member of the A+ Protection Plan you are covered for:

  • The cost or replacement of all parts as outlined under the general conditions.
  • Labor
  • Emergency calls 24 hours a day, every day.
When you sign up for the new A+ Protection Plan, LOSCH agrees to repair or replace all parts, all labor, all year long. No ifs, no ands, no buts, and no bills. It's the ultimate protection plan at a very reasonable price. (see General Conditions 5 and 10)

1. Automatic Heating Oil Delivery -
Our automatic "degree day" system predicts your fuel consumption and tells when you are ready for oil. You will never have to check your supply, as long as you do not change your heating habits nor add or remove any heating devices. Metered delivery slips give you proof of the amount delivered.
2. A Budget Payment Plan -
Heating oil payments can be made over 11 easy to meet installments from August through June. The amount of heating oil you will use during a normal year will be estimated. The total estimated cost will then be divided into 11 equal monthly payments. There is no additional charge for the service if payment is mady by the 10th of each month. A 1 1/2% per month finance charge will be added to those accounts paid after the 10th of the month. There is an annual percentage rate of 18%.
3. Complete Oil Burner Services -
A. Checking and Cleaning Of:
Head assembly of burner; Oil strainers and filters; Burner fan and motor; Ignition system; All Controls.
B. Cleaning Of:
Boiler or furnace; cleaning of smoke pipe and chimney base - where accessible. (Note: Does not include entire chimney.)
C. Lubrication Of:
Burner motor; Blower bearings and motor (on Warm Air Systems ); Circulator bearings and motor (on Hot Water Systems).
D. Adjustment Of:
Fire for highest efficiency possible with existing equipment.

Service Rates for work covered under this Agreement
Service calls made during normal working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. under the terms of the contract will continue to be covered on a "no charge" basis.

Service calls after normal working hours, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are made only when health and safety are concerned, and will be billed at a rate of 1/2 of the regular hourly labor charge for all services performed under service contract.

Overtime Service Rates for work not covered under this Agreement
Rates for overtime are 1-1/2 times above our regular rate including transportation time. Time is computed from the time the serviceman leaves his home and returns.
